roti canai telur + teh tarik kurang manis (langgar pantang atkins)

snack:
pop corn tgv, tengok citer rapunzel guna tiket tgv yg free oleh nuffnang..

lunch:
sandwich telur + timun +tomato +salad + cheese sekeping

roti wholegrain

snack:
cocpie, sampai 5 pek!

air 2liter
