roti canai telur + teh tarik kurang manis (langgar pantang atkins)

snack:
pop corn tgv, tengok citer rapunzel guna tiket tgv yg free oleh nuffnang..

lunch:
sandwich telur + timun +tomato +salad + cheese sekeping

roti wholegrain

snack:
cocpie, sampai 5 pek!

Nak naik senang, nak turun susah..

pfuhh lega.. pagi ni 87kg!

breakfast today:

2 biji telur goreng olive oil, bersama cheese sekeping. tomato 3 hiris, timun 3 hiris, salad cannot go, rasa payau semacam je salad tu!, x sedap la salad bulat tu, kalo makan buat sandwich sedap la.. better beli salad yang panjang2 nyummy je..

Paha 24"

Wah... semuanya kurang 1 inchi, cuma lengan je naik 1 inchi... awat ye? bina muscle ka?

16/12 esok timbang!!!!

breakfast:

Telur dadar goreng olive oil sesudu, salad, timun n tomato.. wargh.. muaknya...

air 400ml = 2 mug dah

15/12 15 hari x makan nasi

Breakfast dengan roti breakthru sandwich with tuna light n salad, tomato n timun.
pastu rasa cam x kenyang, makan lagi 3 packet biskut julies lemon

pastu rasa bersalah, tepaksa la buat jm30dayshred level 2 lagi.. peluh x hingat!

Lunch pun menu sama. plus sebiji jambu batu di cicah petis..nyummy...

Dinner, 2 ketul paha ayam, roti breakthru cicah kuah kari.

Batuk2 = minum air > 2 liter dah ni.. rasa2 ada 4 liter kot, dah nak masuk jag ke 3 dah ni

Its been 11 days without nasi.
Today Breakfast 1 tosai telur + air suam + setengah gelas teh tarik.. ehem!
Lunch 1 ekor ikan selar goreng kunyit, beberapa ekor udang goreng kunyit and sayur kangkung goreng + setengah keping tempe goreng... ish semuanya goreng goreng belaka!

dinner - hubby ajak makan a&w kat rnr jejantas air keroh. menu coneydog set with rootbeer floaties!.. failed!.
