Logging for my weight = 89kg
Breakfast:
2 keping roti wholemeal

Lunch
2 ketul ayam goreng kfc, 4 slice potato wedges, without the topping

Dinner
1 ekor ikan kembung masak asam pedas
sayur sawi cina celur n tabur dgn sos tiram + ikan bilis.
susu anlene segelas.
